◆ PRACTICAL STUFF

Questions we get a lot.

01What language are the shows in?
All our shows are in English. That's what we do. You don't need to speak Dutch or French. Comics often speak Dutch/French too, just not on stage.
02How long is a show?
Most shows run 90 to 150 minutes including a break. Open mics and showcases can be shorter. Doors usually open 15 to 30 minutes before start. Check your event page for exact times. Eventbrite lists the full window per show.
03Is there an age limit?
Age limits vary by show. Most are 16+ or 18+. Some academy nights allow under-16s with a parent or guardian. Always check the event page or Eventbrite listing.
04Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show your Eventbrite confirmation on your phone at the door. That's it. Free reservation shows and pay-at-door nights use the same confirmation. Some paid shows also send an e-ticket.
05What's your refund policy?
Refund windows vary by event, often 48 hours to 7 days before the show through Eventbrite. Check the listing at checkout for the exact policy. After the window closes, tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Free shows at WOLF use Weezevent registration instead: nothing to refund, and you can simply re-register if your plans change. If we cancel a show, paid tickets are refunded in full automatically.
06Are the venues accessible?
Accessibility varies by venue. Brussels and Antwerp rooms are generally step-free; some smaller bar/basement venues in Ghent and Leuven are not. Select event pages have detailed venue info; all shows link to maps. Email info@belgiancomedynetwork.com before booking if you have specific access needs.
07Can I perform at a Belgian Comedy Network show?
Maybe. We work with experienced comics primarily. Open-mic spots are rare and curated. Send a 3-minute reel to info@belgiancomedynetwork.com. We reply when there's a fit.
08I run a venue. Can Belgian Comedy Network do a night here?
Possibly. We look for good sightlines, sound, ceiling height, and room feel. If your space could work, drop us a note via the contact form.
