Who we are.

Aytu is the founder and host of Belgian Comedy Network, and has been a Brussels-based comic since 2023. Belgian Comedy Network started in 2023 with a simple problem: there was nowhere to see good local stand-up in English. Aytu began running nights in Brussels bars, some long gone now, and the first ones already drew around 60 people.

Every show is run by working comics, not a promoter who has never been on stage. Regulars on our line-ups include Austin Shale, Sergej Lopouchanski, Giorgio Slagveer, Nikki Rose and Jenni Gee.

How a night works.

We pick a real venue with its own character.
Each line-up pairs a touring headliner with strong Belgium-based comics.
We pay our performers.
We don't oversell rooms, so everyone can see the stage.
Tickets are booked online. Details are on each event page and in the FAQ.

Where we play.

Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Heusden-Zolder, Kortrijk. Leuven is paused for now.

Rooms include WOLF Sharing Food Market, GC Essegem and Kontakt Woluwe in Brussels, Vertigo Antwerpen and De Groene Waterman in Antwerp, Amai Comedy Club and Theater Box in Ghent, MUZEcafé in Heusden-Zolder, and Atelier Nooitgedacht and Artisan's in Kortrijk.
